Rates

My rates range between $25 and hour for a basic proof and style edit to $50 an hour for substantive editing and writing.  Let’s talk about your project and I will be happy to provide an estimate.  While I prefer to work on an hourly basis, I am happy to negotiate a fixed fee.

50 Cents Per Reference

I will conduct web searches to fact check your citations and edit them according to your style preference.  I recommend using the American Psychological Association (APA) Style for references and bibliographies.

•   Proof and Style Edit—Edit document for grammar and style.  Thorough familiarity with GPO style and much experience with other styles including APA, Chicago,

Charge:  $30 per hour

•   Substantive Edit and Writing—In addition to a proof and style edit . . . write and edit for clarity, consistency, accuracy (fact-checking), and organization.  This may also include managing references and formatting using MS Word.

Charge:  $50 per hour
